FirstByte is a professional training opportunity for ages 14-18.  FirstByte brings a small group of young performers together to form a professional theatre company who work with a director throughout the year leading up to taking an original piece of theatre up to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in August 2027.

The young company will learn all about different aspects of theatre in preparation to devising their own play. For example acting techniques, script writing, fundraising and marketing. These workshops will take place every Thursday from 7:30pm-9pm for the Autumn Season!

FirstByte is a great experience for any young person passionate about theatre and performance! Everyone is welcome to auditions. You don’t have to be a regular BYT member to come along!
