Artistic Director / Chief Executive
Burnley Youth Theatre is seeking our next Artistic Director / Chief Executive to drive forward our vision and lead the organisation into the future. You will be an inspirational, creative, experienced and strategic leader, who understands the power of theatre and communities.
You will have a passion for building confidence and developing opportunity for individuals and communities through the arts, especially theatre, and be committed to promoting diversity and equality of opportunity.
We welcome applications from candidates who have a strong track record of leading an arts or cultural organisation or department, or delivering successful, high-quality accessible projects with an emphasis on children, young people and families.
You will have an inclusive and collaborative approach to leadership with exceptional business acumen, finance experience and organisational skills.

Hours: 0.6FTE – 1FTE
Salary: £45,000 (Full time equivalent)
Location: In Burnley with some hybrid working from home

Casual Front Of House Worker
Join our Casual Front of House Team!
In this role you will work mainly at the front desk, welcoming visitors to our venue and dealing with customers and enquiries.
Due to being a designated key holder, applicants must be aged 18+.

Volunteer Opportunities
Since Burnley Youth Theatre was established in 1973, volunteers have been a vital part of our team.
You do not need to know lots about the arts to get involved, as long as you’re passionate then you will fit right in.
We have volunteer opportunities in workshop, front of house, marketing and more!
