To celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, Burnley Youth Theatre collaborated with New Neighbours Together to deliver a six week culture and arts programme, designed to unite communities and embrace different cultures through artwork, performance and cuisine.

Over the six weeks Refugees and families seeking asylum in Burnley took part in different activities from textiles to cooking which culminated in an ‘Afternoon Tea from Around the World’ event on Saturday 18th June at St John’s church, Ivy Street.
